All of the Fish on our menu is from sustainable fishing grounds in order to ensure we preserve fish stocks for generations to come.
Our Haddock is fresh, MSC certified and caught in British waters by British fishermen, after being filleted and delivered to us daily.
We use Lincolnshire grown Maris Piper potatoes, they are prepared daily on the premises to ensure quality and freshness. We fry in FRYMAX, which is a vegetable frying oil that is additive free and contains NO hydrogenated oils and contains less than 1% Trans-fatty acids.
The restaurant and takeaway are both pushchair and wheelchair friendly and all our team have a minimum level 2 food hygiene certificate.
